§ Sir Paul BeresfordMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State met the leaders of the local authority associations on 11 December to discuss a range of issues affecting local government, including the financing of local authority revenue expenditure. He will be meeting them again on 15 January at the Consultative Council on Local Government Finance.
