§ Mr. Gummer[holding answer 7 December 1995]: Structure orders have been approved by Parliament for reorganisation in Avon, Cleveland, Humberside and North Yorkshire in 1996 and Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Derbyshire, Dorset, Durham, East Sussex, Hampshire, Staffordshire, and Wiltshire in 1997. Local authorities in these areas, and authorities in any other areas where future structure orders provide for reorganisation in 1997, will
