The changes in SSAs reflect the SSA control totals shown in annex E to the draft local government finance report for 1996–97, and any proposed data and methodology changes.
The changes in TES for individual authorities reflect changes in authorities' SSAs, their share of the proceeds of the national non-domestic rate, and any entitlement to SSA reduction grant.
