Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what proposals he has to introduce equivalent disregard in respect of long-term domiciliary care subject to those proposed for long-term care in residential and nursing care homes. [3772]

Mr. Bowis

None. It would not be directly relevant to domiciliary care.

Mr. Denham

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) whom he has consulted and whom he intends to consult on the operation of the long-term care package announced in the Budget. [3993]

(2) if he will list the representations his Department has received over the long-term care package announced in the Budget; and if he will list those (a) organisations and (b) individuals which he intends to retain as consultants on the operation of the scheme. [3996]

I have received no representations on these matters following the Budget statement. The consultation will be as announced by my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Further details will be given in due course.
