As you know, the Minister for Railways and Roads, Mr. John Watts, has asked me to reply to your recent Parliamentary Question asking the Secretary of State for Transport, when work is to begin on the Kingskerswell Bypass.As announced in Managing the Roads Programme published on 28 November, this scheme has been transferred to the Longer Term programme.It is too soon to anticipate when it might be possible to move the scheme back into the main programme.
