Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what would be(a) the current value and (b) the estimated value for next year of those benefits which have never been uprated since they were (i) introduced and (ii) announced, if they were now uprated. [20261]

Mr. Hague

The information is in the table:

decisions taken at meetings. Such arrangements are voluntary. My Department has asked each of its executive NDPBs to adopt a code of practice for board members. This recommends that boards should consider establishing a register of members' interests which should be open for public inspection and published at least once a year. A number of bodies are currently considering how to implement the code. There are no statutory requirements to compile and publish a register of members' interests.
