What sums have been spent by the Health Education Authority on HIV/AIDS public education for each year since 1991 and what is the planned allocation to the authority for this work in 1995–96.

The allocation to the Health Education Authority (HEA) for public education covers work on HIV/AIDS and other aspects of sexual health. The following amounts have been spent since 1991–92 (excluding funding for the National AIDS Helpline):
