§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Baroness Cumberlege)The allocation to the Health Education Authority (HEA) for public education covers work on HIV/AIDS and other aspects of sexual health. The following amounts have been spent since 1991–92 (excluding funding for the National AIDS Helpline):
