§ Mr. RichardsAll NHS complaints procedures were reviewed by the committee chaired by Professor Alan Wilson, whose report "Being Heard" was published in May 1994. The Government's response was announced on 21 March and included targets of two working days and four weeks for initial and full responses to complaints made at stage 1 of the new system. Deadlines for complaints made at stage 2 will be worked out in discussion with interested parties.
