§ Mr. Dorrell:My Department's spend in the period 1992–95 for (a) to (c) was nil. Publicity expenditure for 1993–94 was £25,000 and £57,000 in 1994–95; the 1992–93 figure is not available. Publicity plans for 1995–96 have not been finalised.
