§ Mr. AncramThe Government have given no commitment to the proposed new university of Ulster campus at Springvale. The findings of an economic appraisal, and a report by the Northern Ireland Higher Education Council, both of which are expected shortly, will have to be fully considered before any firm view can be taken.
