§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonStrathclyde passenger transport executive contracts of £75,000 or more are referred automatically to Strathclyde regional council. Any such contracts falling within the conditions 1029W laid down by section 55 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 will be subject to the consent procedures involving successor authorities set out there.
