To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will make it his policy to enable differential pricing of theOfficial Report so as to make it cheaper for public and academic libraries; and if he will make a statement.

Differential pricing already exists. Under long-standing arrangements aimed at facilitating public access to Government information, public libraries are entitled to buy all HMSO publications, including theOfficial Report, at half price.
