For which counties the Local Government Commission for England has not yet produced any final recommendations and in which of them the Commission's consultation process is to include the distribution of an explanatory leaflet to each household.

There are 29 shire counties for which the Local Government Commission has not yet produced any final report. In all of them the Commission has published its draft recommendations and the consultation process has included the distribution of an explanatory leaflet to each household. The 29 counties are:

Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Cheshire, Cornwall, Cumbria, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Hereford and Worcester, Hertfordshire, Kent, Lancashire, Leicestershire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Suffolk, Surrey, Warwickshire, West Sussex, Wiltshire.
