What estimate they have made of the increase in private gipsy site provision resulting from Circular 1/94 over each of the years 1994 to 2000.
§ Viscount UllswaterOne of the aims of Circular 1/94 is to encourage planning application for private gipsy sites where appropriate. The submission of such applications is a matter of individual decision by the parties concerned and the Government cannot anticipate how many will be forthcoming.
