§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryThe declaration issued at the informal meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council at Ioannina on 28 March provides for
a Reflection Group of Representatives of the Foreign Ministers, which should be created by the European Council in Corfu and start its work mid 1995. This Group will work in association with the European Parliament".We support that declaration, to which my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs agreed.
