As I am responsible for the Rate Collection Agency (RCA), the body to which rates are paid, the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland has asked me to reply.The Valuation and Lands Agency (VLA) is responsible for determining the Net Annual Value of all property in Northern 175W Ireland and the RCA for collecting rates based on the valuation. Below is a table showing how the rate demand for Killinchy Primary School has been calculated.
