§ Mr. HanleyFurther to the answer that I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Wimbledon (Dr. Goodson-Wickes) on 30 March,Official Report, columns 752–53, which announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Bett, a former deputy chairman of British Telecom plc, to lead the independent team conducting this review, my right hon. and learned Friend has decided to appoint the following as team members: Mr. Anthony Vineall, who has had a career as a senior personnel executive with Unilever plc; Mr. Michael Garner, who was recently a director of TI Group plc; and Admiral Sir John Kerr, who retires shortly from the Royal Navy.
