§ Mr. ShersbyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish(a) a list of those local authorities in England and Wales that have a designation order under the Caravan Sites Act 1968 and (b) the names of authorities which have made an application, and where a decision is pending, his decision.
§ Mr. BaldryI have arranged for an up-to-date list of English local authorities designated under the Caravan Sites Act 1968 to be placed today in the Library of the House. Nine formal applications for designation are at present before my right hon. Friend. Of these, he has decided to designate the area of Wychavon district council in Hereford and Worcester. He is not yet in a position to announce decisions on the remaining applications.
