When they anticipate bringing out Planning Policy Guidance 151.

There is no Planning Policy Guidance Note 151. However, the response to last year's consultation draft Planning Policy Guidance Note 15 (Historic Buildings and Conservation Areas), is currently being assessed with a view to publication of the finalised PPG Note in early summer.
