§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyUNHCR, the International Commission of the Red Cross and the Bosnian Government have reported a high level of harassment of both Croatian and Muslim minorities in the Banja Luka area. We have made clear to the authorities in Belgrade that such behaviour is unacceptable and urged them to intervene with the Bosnian Serbs. We also asked the Russians to use their influence to end these activities.
