§ Mr. Neil HamiltonThe liquidator, administrator or administrative receiver of any company which enters into formal insolvency is required to consider and make a report to my Department on the conduct of the directors.
Thermabond Ltd. and Thermabond Roofing Ltd. went into voluntary liquidation on 24 September 1991 and reports have been received from the liquidator of those companies. Thermabond Contracts Ltd. went into voluntary liquidation on 1 February 1994 and a report will be due by 1 August 1994.
