asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will amend the Drug Tariff Part XVIII A/B/C to enable patients of dispensing doctors to purchase NHS drugs which cost less than the prescription charge in the same way that patients of prescribing doctors may purchase NHS drugs from a pharmacist.
