To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what recent discussions he has had with his NATO counterparts on space-based missile defence.

There have been no recent NATO ministerial discussions on space-based missile defence but the overall issue of ballistic missile defence remains under regular review and this includes regular discussion at official level within NATO.
