§ Sir George YoungWe have no plans at present to introduce further legislation concerning mobile homes. However, the two major industry bodies have recently launched a charter for mobile home residents which aims to help residents and site owners understand their existing legal right, and extends the responsibilities of site owners. Members of the industry bodies will be obliged to follow the charter.
