Whether the training package for doctors seeking approval under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983, which they were discussing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists, has been finalised; and if not when may it be expected.

Discussions with the Royal College of Psychiatrists about this are continuing. We hope to agree a training package later this year.
