HL Deb 21 June 1994 vol 556 c16WA
Lord Hylton

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will draw up a code of good employment practice for employers who bring domestic workers to the United Kingdom under the Home Office concession of 1980.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Employment (Lord Henley)

The Government have no plans to do so, but we keep the general arrangements for the overseas domestic workers scheme under review.
