What is now the timetable to set up the proposed Environment Agency, given that the paving Bill to take forward Environment Agency planning has still not been introduced into either House of Parliament.
§ The Earl of ArranIt remains government policy to introduce a Bill to establish the Environment Agency as soon as parliamentary time allows.
