asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether they have received representations from the Government of the United States of America and from the NATO Council on the policies set out in Front Line First, and if so, what was the nature of the representations.

Full details of the Front Line First studies were passed to our Allies on the North Atlantic Council on 14th July 1994. There have been no representations on the Front Line First proposals from either the NATO Council or any of the Allies.
