Which members of the Legal Aid Board were responsible for granting legal aid to Dr. Jawad Hashim.

Decisions on grant, discharge and revocation of civil legal aid certificates are delegated by regulation to an area director of the Legal Aid Board. Appeals against an area director's decision are to the appropriate area committee. Assessment of an applicant's means are carried out by the legal aid assessment office of the Benefits Agency. The London area office of the Legal Aid Board is dealing with the Hashim case.
