§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Employment Service provides a range of specific measures aimed at helping unemployed people obtain work, including those from ethnic minorities. Training programmes administered by training and enterprise councils on the Employment Department's behalf are available to all those eligible, regardless of their racial origin. The Race Relations Employment Advisory Service, and various ED publications, help employers to provide equality of opportunity.
