§ Mr. WaldegraveOn the basis of the provisional information which is currently available, I am able to estimate that approximately £1.3 billion of activities have been market tested or otherwise examined. Annual savings from the competing for quality programme will be at least £150 million. I expect to report in more detail in the autumn.
