§ Mr. David DavisCharter mark winners are a constant example to others in the public sector of the successful application of the citizens charter principles. The eight winners in Kent have been particularly helpful in acting as an inspiration to other organisations to implement the charter principles and improve services.
On a national basis, I am pleased to be able to say that 520 applications have been received for this year's charter mark scheme.
