§ Mr. SoamesThe Government have no plans to reduce the present six months quarantine requirement for imported pet dogs, cats and a wide range of other rabies susceptible animals. Separate arrangements were agreed under the Balai directive (92/65/EEC) for commercially traded animals from other member states in the European Community.
