§ Mrs. Ann TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for Education if he will give a breakdown of the schools' annual capital guidelines for 1991–92, 1992–93, 1993–94 and 1994–95 showing, in each case, the amounts for(a) commitments, (b) basic need, (c) removal of surplus places, (d) special education, (e) local education authority liability for projects in voluntary-aided schools and (f) general improvements and showing national totals for each.
