- (a) The number of full-time equivalent permanent staff employed by my Department as at 6 January 1993=2,429.
- (b) The number of full-time equivalent permanent staff employed by my Department as at 6 January 1994=2,400.
Part-time staff are included as full-time equivalents.
The figures include staff seconded to other organisations but exclude casuals.
