§ Mr. SackvilleSome liquid medicines are already in child resistant containers. There are, however, technical difficulties in developing a closure which is effective for all types of liquid medicine containers and which could be adopted across the pharamaceutical industry and by pharmacists. The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry are in discussions to help speed up the development process.
