§ Mr. Michael ForsythSince 1 April 1980, 194 regulations have been introduced which the Health and Safety Executive is required to enforce. Of these 69 have subsequently been revoked as part of the Health and Safety Commission's on-going programme of rationalisation and modernisation of health and safety legislation and the need to implement European legislation.
