§ Mr. NorrisOfficials from my Department are taking part in the Community initiative for pilot action for combined transport. As one of the projects under that initiative the United Kingdom and Ireland plan shortly to commission a study of combined transport links between Ireland, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
