Whether they intend to bring forward proposals to amend statute law where it may be in contravention of Article 6(1) of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Baroness Chalker of Wallasey: Where any aspect of domestic law is found to be in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights, we would consider proposals to bring domestic law into line with the convention.
