To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what are the implications for the United Kingdom's planned warhead deployment of the recent agreement with Russia to de-target Russian territory.

§ Mr. Aitken
The joint declaration signed in Moscow on 15 February on the detargeting of strategic nuclear missiles will not affect our planned warhead deployment.
