My Department has organised energy advice week under the banner of its "Helping the Earth Begins at Home" campaign. Local authorities, voluntary groups and the local energy advice centres—run by the Energy Saving Trust—have been involved in a variety of promotional activities including exhibitions, radio and press advertisements and special features, leaflets and posters. My Department has produced the material in conjunction with the Central Office of Information.
