To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now publish the route action plan carrying the A7 trunk road south of Hawick.

A public information leaflet is presently being prepared setting out the route action plan for the A7 trunk road south of Hawick. It is my intention to publish this shortly. A copy of the A7 route action plan summary report will also be placed in the Library of the House of Commons.
