§ Mr. AtkinsUnder the Environmental Protection Act 1990 the licensing and monitoring of landfill sites is the responsibility of waste regulation authorities, in this case Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk county councils. Where the NRA has carried out monitoring, relevant results are available on the public register for the NRA's Anglian region.
