To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the planning guidelines issued by his Department on the siting and construction of wind farms in Wales; and if he will make a statement.

Guidance is contained in the annex to planning policy guidance note "Renewable Energy", which was published jointly by the Welsh Office and the Department of the Environment in February 1993.
