§ Lord Dean of Beswick
asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether, in answering the Lord Dean of Beswick's Question on Westminster City Council's housing policy on 1 July 1991 (HL Deb., col.770), they had obtained information from the City Council, either at member or official level.

§ The Earl of Arran
Local authorities regularly provide extensive information to the Department of the Environment about their housing policies.
No additional information was sought from Westminster City Council in order to answer the noble Lord's Question in July 1991.
