Further to the reply to Lord Braine of Wheatley (20 January, WA53) whether they will place in the Library, details of the discussions held with the International Planned Parenthood Federation on 11–12 November 1993.

The discussions in question were held with the understanding by both parties that the proceedings would remain confidential to the International Planned Parenthood Federation and Her Majesty's Government.
