(2) if she will provide statistics on the ethnic status of nurses appealing against their gradings and their rate of success.
§ Mr. SackvilleThere are no plans to monitor centrally the ethnic status of nurses appealing against their grading. Under the clinical grading structure staff are graded according to the duties and responsibilities of the post occupied. Any staff who are unhappy with the grading of their post are able to challenge the employing authority's decision.
