§ Mr. SoamesI have no plans to do so. There is no scientific justification for banning the use of any offal from calves under six months of age. This is based on advice from the Government's independent scientific advisers and is supported by the Department of Health and by international bodies such as the European Commission, the World Health Organisation and the Office International des Epizooties.
