§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe 1993 Welsh House Condition Survey has been conducted in two stages. The first stage was a social survey undertaken by Research and Marketing Ltd. The second stage included a physical survey which was carried out by Bailey Widnell. Both contracts were placed after competitive tendering.
Our provisional intention was that the results of the surveys be available early this year. We now expect them to be published in the spring.
