To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will arrange for an immediate port state control inspection of MV Nora Heeren.

§ Mr. Norris
No; the Nora Heeren is understood to have left United Kingdom waters on 21 January. A port state control inspection of the vessel was conducted at Middlesbrough last September and the Department has no reason to doubt the seaworthiness of the vessel.
